A special meeting of the presbytery was held the evening of November 16 to consider a budget presented by Mission Council. The meeting was conducted in person at Westminster Church in Richmond and via Zoom.
Mission Council's three recommendations were to:
- Adopt the proposed 2024 budget
- Adopt a plan for use of the Church and Ministries Development Fund
- Form a strategic plan review task force
