Deadline to submit Terms of Call and Annual Reports
February 14
Terms of Call Report is due only for (1) ministers who have been called at a
meeting of the congregation and have been installed in their position by
the presbytery; and for (2) Certified Christian Educators. This report is not
used for Covenant Pastors, Interim Pastors, or Commissioned Pastors.
Annual Reports from (1) Certified Christian Educators, and (2) minsters who serve in validated ministries
outside of the congregation, and (3) ministers who are members at large. The ministers and certified educators, not the clerks of session, are
responsible for completing this report.
